Women in Agile
We want to increase women’s professional potential and leadership opportunities in enterprises, technology industries, and entrepreneurial circles.
Agile is becoming an important movement in Taiwan. We want to build an Agile knowledge fundament in Taiwan for companies to make the transition to Agile easier. In contrast, Taiwan is severely understaffed compared to other Asian countries if it comes to Agile Professionals because of the lack of knowledge and experience.
Agile focuses on Project Management, so what you would expect is that the business should have this knowledge within a company— so retraining the business professionals like Product Manager, Project Manager, Team Manager, Marketing, Operation is necessary to create an Agile Ecosystem. To achieve the goal of increasing women’s potential, we believe our Agile Program will give women an outstanding position in the professional market. They will become Taiwanese Agile pioneers.
Worldwide agile is an important movement within the project management industry.
Agile projects are more likely to be successful. Agile is the ability to create and respond to change. It is a way of dealing with, and ultimately succeeding in, an uncertain and turbulent environment. It’s really about thinking through how you can understand what’s going on in the environment that you’re in today, identify what uncertainty you’re facing, and figure out how you can adapt to that as you go along.
Training Program
Our training program focuses on creating an Agile professional, from learning the basic and advanced skills required to be of value in an Agile organization to a globally recognized Agile Scrum Master certificate. All candidates will get the guidance of Agile professionals to succeed in their Agile journey. In addition, this training program will create female Agile pioneers, which will increase women’s professional potential and leadership opportunities in enterprises, technology industries, and entrepreneurial circles.
